Family Self Sufficiency Program
What is the FSS Program?
The FSS Program is a voluntary program designed and established by HUD to promote employment and financial independence for Section 8 families.
How does the program work?
Participants who enroll into the the FSS program are required to sign a five year contract. Once enrolled, a FSS Specialist will work closely with each participant to develop a plan to achieve their goal of financial independence.
